A game that can be enjoyed by anyone, anywhere.
This Set Contains:
A wooden cross, painted wooden pegs and five rope rings.
How to Play:
A game for any number of players. Stand about 8 feet from the pegs. Each player takes it in turns to throw all 5 rings. Any ring that lands on a peg scores the corresponding number. Each ring is marked with a colour that matches the colour of a peg. If a ring lands on a peg of the matching colour, the score is doubled. Each player has ten turns. The person with the highest score is the winner.
The original English game was played with heavy iron disks. Variations were developed with rubber or rope rings so the game could be enjoyed on board a ship, on the lawn or even in the house. Our set is made of wood with rope rings and folds down neatly into it box.
