Step 1:
Decide who is going to be Noughts, who will be Crosses and who is the first player.
Step 2:
Each player takes a turn to add either and O or an X to the board. The first player to line up three of their symbols in a row wins.
Tips:
- Make sure you pay attention while playing, one wrong move will spell disaster!
- Always look to win or block a win move first.
- Try to think what your opponent is likely to do after your move and out-guess them.
- As a rule, the player who goes first has the highest chance of winning. Being there are nine squares, the first player has an opportunity to mark their symbol in five of them, while the second player can only get four. There is a higher chance of the game becoming a draw than one person winning.
