How to use the Whirling Whizzo:
- Take your Whirling Whizzo out of its box and take hold of the handle at the end.
- Tilt the Whirling Whizzo up and down slowly to regulate the speed of the wheel.
- To make the wheel go faster, tilt the Whirling Whizzo faster!
