For two or more players
Each player aims to be first to play all their cards onto a central pattern in sequence.
How To Play:
One player deals all the cards in a clockwise direction one at a time face down.
Each player looks at their cards and sorts them into suits: Diamonds, Squares, Circles, and Stars. The player with the seven of diamonds starts the game by putting it face up in the centre. The player to their left must then try to put down either the 8 or 6 of diamonds or another 7. If they play the 6 or 8 of diamonds they place it respectively above or below the 7. If they play another 7 they put it next to the 7 of diamonds. If, however, they do not hold any of these cards they ‘pass’ and the play then goes to the next player on the left. Play continues in this way with each player in turn adding a card to one of the sequences, putting down a 7, or passing. The sequences are built up from 7 through to 12, and down through 6 to 2 ( there is no number 1 card) The game is won by the first player to put down all their cards, but play usually continues until every card has been played and there are 4 complete sequences.
